NOW SCHEDULING 2024 EVENTS
We create timeless, old world fresh and smoked meats. We use fresh meat sourced from a small family abattoir in Lancaster County PA. We make all our own spice mixes. Our ingredient list is clean, No Fillers, No Gluten!
We make our sausage the old-fashioned way, from pork shoulders, cut by hand. We grind, mix and stuff our sausage ourselves. Father and daughter, working together, side by side. You won't find fresher foods anywhere.
We know that creating top-notch sausage and delicious food is not enough, so we strive to be more than just ingredients and skill. What drives us? We want to help people celebrate life and create meaningful relationships with those that enjoy our food.
Saturdays May through November 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM at the Dillsburg Farmers Market on the grounds of the Historic Dills Tavern. Also at many of your favorite festivals and corporate lunch/dinner gatherings.
