One Stop Shopping Saturdays 8 to noon at the Dillsburg Farmers Market
We create timeless, old world fresh and smoked meats . We use fresh pork sourced from a small family abattoir in Lancaster County PA. We make all our own spice mixes. Our ingredient list is clean, and every ingredient is listed for each sausage with No Fillers, No Gluten! When we use sweeteners, it is typically Agave or Dates.
We make our sausage the old-fashioned way, from pork shoulders, cut by hand. We grind, mix and stuff our sausage ourselves. Three generations of family working together, side by side, grandfather, father, and daughter.
We know that creating top-notch sausage and meat products is not enough, so we strive to be more than just ingredients and skill. What makes us tick? We want to serve and help people celebrate life and create meaningful relationships around meals and gatherings where food is served.
The wait is over. The 2023 Dillsburg Farmers Market opens May 6. We're grateful so many good people came out and supported us in 2022. We're excited to see our old friends and make new friends this year. It looks like we'll be starting 2023 with our homemade Sauerkraut and Hot Pink Jalapeno Sauerkraut. This Kielbasa is a Traditional Polish Garlic Sausage. Many will be familiar with this style of sausage made in the coal regions of Pennsylvania. It's a very versatile sausage excellent on it's own, or in traditional Polish recipes.

We make our Sweet Italian Sausage to meet the expectations of our grandparents, who came to America through Ellis Island from Europe, and knew what a good traditional Italian Sausage tasted like. Our pumpkin sausage has been described as "Everything wonderful about Thanksgiving wrapped up in one bite". We roast and puree fresh pumpkins, then add to our ground pork, and mix with the other ingredients for a delicious treat. This is a loose sausage for making patties. We have several customers who use it as a filling for ravioli.
